Frederick W. McClaine is president of Agency Associate, Inc., (AAI) one of the fastest growing Insurance agencies in Indiana with over $103 million of premium in force. AAI is licensed to market insurance in 49 States and District of Columbia. Fred was retained by Lincoln National Corporation to design and create a regional independent insurance agency from scratch in 1991 and merged that agency with Agency Associates, Inc. in 1996. The firm has grown 800% since that merger to become the leading full-service property and casualty/employee benefits firm in Central Indiana.

Agency Associates has obtained more than a dozen affiliate agreements with associations such as the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indiana State Medical Association. Fred has received several awards over the years from insurance associations and companies and was instrumental in re-establishing the " The Young Agents Committee " for the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana (IIAI), a national network of young independent insurance agents.

He has served on the IIAI Board of Directors, the Hartford Insurance National JTC council, Travelers Insurance Regional Agent Council and the Selective Insurance Agent Council. Fred was instrumental in the creation Agency Associates Financial Services, LLC (AAFS) an investment and financial planning firm dedicated to helping AAI clients reach their financial goals. Fred is also a core founder of Symphony Bank, Carmel Indiana, where he currently sits on the Board of Directors.

He and his wife Jamie, an author of children's books own their own publishing company JAFS Publishing. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their two children Maci and Graysen. They are active members of St Alphonsus Parish in Zionsville, Indiana and member of the Parish's Knights of Columbus.
