"We have carriers that will do a little extra for us because we place a lot of business with them. I work very hard to provide them with an extensive amount of accurate information to help them clearly evaluate the market at any given time and to work with me to retain the business that we have together. In my current role as Group Benefits Manager, I don't get to spend very much time with our clients directly, but my efforts behind the scenes can often result in substantial premium savings as well as further solidifying long-term relationship."
"My prior experience as an account executive is a big help when it come to working with our producers. I understand the entire process. I know what is expected by the producers, as well as what is needed by their clients in order to provide the best products and services."
"Sales and service go hand in hand, and I've been on both sides of the equation many times during my career as an insurance professional. I really do love what I do, and have been known to roll up my sleeves and do whatever it takes to provide the level of customer service that sets us apart from a lot of other agencies!"
