Diana Jeffers has been affiliated with Agency Associates, Inc. (AAI) for over a year and accepted a position as Vice President of Agency Associates Financial Services (AAFS) in August of 2006. Diana's main goal is to assist our clients in every aspect of their financial lives by providing them the resources needed to meet their financial goals. Her focus is to maintain a high level of service through coordination of all the Financial & Insurance services provided by AAI. She is also involved in developing and maintaining the HR and Online Enrollment technology product.

Diana graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors Degree in Business & Finance. She began her career as a Pension Administrator with McCready and Keene . Diana spent a few years in the California Bay Area with an Investment firm who specialized in 401k Plans. She returned to Indianapolis and continued work in the areas of Pension, 401(k) and Investments. Overall, she has 15 years of experience in the Financial Services arena specializing in 401(k) Plan administration and assisting in providing financial services to employers and their employees. In addition, extensive experience was gained in providing training, implementation and development of systems to integrate Payroll, HR, Timeclock & 401(k) services.

She is a Registered Representative of Woodbury Financial Services. She holds her Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses and also the Indiana Life, Health and Long-Term Care Insurance license.

Diana makes her home in Carmel, Indiana with her husband Charles, their daughter Crystal and son Chad. They enjoy traveling, numerous outdoor activities and attending Colts & Pacers sporting events.
