Everyone could benefit from health insurance coverage, many people have it, but most people don't understand what they actually bought or how to make the most of what they have.
My first goal with a new client is to truly listen to the customer and to investigate what is most important to them; what insurance they currently have or have had in the past; what their monetary means are; and to find them a plan best-suited for them that fit within their criteria. My second goal is to educate the consumer on the market place, identifying reliable and proven products, and making them aware of the latest insurance plan designs. My third goal is for the consumer to feel informed and comfortable about their decision. Finally, I want the customer to know they can call on me anytime with questions and if I don't know the answer to their questions, the customer is certain I will find out the answer and respond to them immediately. Ultimately, I believe the relationship I have established and the service I have provided are measured by my knowledge, but most importantly, my ethics and integrity. Bottom line, I would rather not make a sale if the product is not in the best interest of my client.
Becky is a licensed Life and Health agent. Her primary roles with Agency Associates are sales and service to individuals needing life, disability, business overhead expense and health insurance. Her current book of business is over 1000 individuals and continues to grow.
Becky Johnson graduated from Lawrence Central High School in Indianapolis, IN. She received her undergraduate degree from Ball State University and graduate degree from Indiana University at IUPUI. Becky holds a Masters Degree in Social Work. She currently resides in Fishers, IN with her husband, Sean, and dog, Bailey.
